Thesis title: “Design and characterization of a biosensor for the early detection of human papillomavirus“
M.Sc. Advisors: Dr. Carlos Belman and Dr. Sergio A. Águila
Brief Synopsis of Research:
We are looking to design and characterize a biosensor capable of detecting the presence of the human papillomavirus. This using an aptamer fixed on magnetite nanoparticles to detect the electrochemical change when the aptamer interacts with the virus.
